Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Local Manager to lead the daily photo operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences during the holiday season. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and team development at partner venues to ensure magical memories for families.

You’ll manage operations, respond to guest needs, and collaborate with venue partners while upholding safety and service excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Availability for pre-season training.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales and cash handling compliance.
• Submit daily deposits and financial paperwork.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Partner with host venues to support operations.
