Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Local Manager to lead a team responsible for magical holiday photo experiences. Oversee daily photo operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure every family enjoys a memorable Santa visit and outstanding guest service.

You'll foster a positive team environment, create schedules, recruit and onboard staff, and coordinate with venue partners to deliver outstanding guest experiences across busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, and onboard staff.
• Proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
