Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Local Manager to lead a team delivering memorable guest experiences during the holiday season. You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales, and ensure top-notch service from arrival to departure.

Lead staffing, training, and scheduling while maintaining cash-handling compliance and strong guest satisfaction. This role supports venue partners and seasonal setup overall.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to attend pre-season training.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Approx. 40 hours per week with additional hours as needed.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales and ensure cash handling compliance.
• Coach team members to deliver guest service.
• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Support efficient operations with venue teams.
• Manage seasonal setup and breakdown.
