Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Cape Cod Mall to help lead the team during the holiday rush.

You will support daily photo operations, assist in hiring and scheduling, and drive sales and guest satisfaction at a flagship location in Hyannis, MA. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
