Cherry Hill Programs, Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to join our front-line team. You’ll work with the Local Manager to lead the seasonal staff, drive sales, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support daily photo operations during the holiday season.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Assist opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to support guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies set by senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
