Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route.
2. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
5. Complete all service documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in the field, managing routes and customer interactions.
• Meet physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs., access crawl spaces, climb ladders, and wear PPE including respirators.
