Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

  1. Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills for managing pest control service routes.
  2. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals.
  3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
  4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most effective pest solutions for each customer.
  5. Complete all service documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements to perform job duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use ladders safely within weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing.
  • Wear PPE, including respirators when necessary.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
