Job summary

Unknown in Macedonia, Ohio seeks a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and permanent staff, ensuring readiness during peak transitions. You will respond to applicants, screen candidates, and hire essential team members while supporting onboarding.

During summer, the role shifts to assist the sales team with prospective new clients and companies, contributing to growth while maintaining a safety-focused culture and stable operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and candidate screening.
• Green Industry or Snow & Ice Management experience is ideal for this role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is strictly required.
• Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Availability to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm from October through January.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts by responding to applicants, screening candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Hire critical winter personnel, including snow shovelers, salt truck drivers, loader operators, and subcontractors.
• Manage seasonal team member recruitment to meet the high demands of the winter season.
• Assist the Human Resources department with seamless employee onboarding.
• Collaborate with the sales team during the summer months to engage prospective new clients and companies.
