Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Macedonia, OH is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and permanent staff, ensuring operational readiness during peak periods.

You will respond to applicants, screen candidates, hire key team members, assist HR onboarding, and support the sales team in summer with prospective clients. This in-office role requires weekday hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with Saturday shifts 9:00 am–2:00 pm October through January.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and candidate screening.
• Green Industry or Snow & Ice Management experience is ideal for this role.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• In-office work Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; Saturdays 9:00 am–2:00 pm Oct–Jan.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting by responding to applicants, screening candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Hire critical winter personnel (snow shovelers, salt truck drivers, loader operators, subcontractors).
• Manage seasonal team recruitment to meet winter demands.
• Assist Human Resources with onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with sales team during summer to engage prospective new clients and companies.
