Job summary

Baptist Health in Boynton Beach seeks a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. This per diem role supports the Bethesda Hospital, providing bedside care with a focus on patient-family centered services.

The DPC RN must be an ASN with Florida RN licensure and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP per unit, ready to float across hospital areas and commit to 12/16/18/24 week contracts. Eligible candidates enjoy benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ASN required and licensed to practice in FL.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications per unit.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed and meet schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a DPC RN in a seasonal/nursing pool.
• Work three twelve-hour shifts per week plus every other weekend (36 hours/week).
• Interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver patient-family centered care.
• Maintain proficiency in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
