Montblanc in Dallas seeks a Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a high-end boutique environment. You will develop client relationships, capture information for CRM, and maintain product knowledge across Montblanc collections.

The role requires standing on the sales floor for most of the shift, willingness to work a seasonal schedule, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.

Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate

Reports to: Boutique Manager

Role Overview

Overall responsibility for achievement of individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information; consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships and sales
• Possess strong product knowledge of the various collections
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.
• Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday
• Reaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves
• Bending to access product stored within cabinets
• Occasional need to use a ladder to reach product
• Unpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product
