Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club in Tempe, AZ, is seeking an Associate, Partnership Marketing to support the Corporate Partnerships team on season-long projects and drive excellent service for sponsors. This is a part-time, non-exempt, in-person role requiring on-site presence at the Tempe corporate office, evenings and game-day activations, and the ability to lift 25 lbs and work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of client service, marketing and integrated sponsorship programs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships department and ensure clients receive superior service and fulfillment of contractual elements.
• Assist with maintenance and updating of sponsorship inventory including autographed memorabilia, team apparel, and other merchandise.
• Assist with maintaining records of all asset implementation.
• Assist with planning and execution of Corporate Partnership-related events and client meetings.
• Support game day activations specific to partnerships and on-site appearances by team mascots or cheerleaders.
