Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is seeking an Analyst, Partnership Solutions to join the Corporate Partnerships team in Tempe, AZ. This in-person role focuses on owning dashboards, BI tools, and data reporting to drive partnership revenue and strategy.

You'll analyze partnership, financial, and market data, translate it into actionable insights, and support senior leadership and cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of professional data analytics experience in a sports team environment preferred.
• Experience with PowerBI, Salesforce, KORE and SQL is preferred.
• Able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage dashboards and BI tools, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
• Track revenue, pipeline, inventory, and key commercial metrics with standardized reporting.
• Develop analytical models to evaluate pricing, category performance, and incremental revenue.
• Conduct category intelligence and provide data-driven insights to sales & marketing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other departments on data needs and solutions.
