Previous landscaping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic. Pay is $25.00 per hour with a focus on reliability and quality work.

Qualifications

You will work alongside the owner, operating leaf blowers, gathering leaves, pulling tarps, and loading debris. This is an active outdoor position for someone who shows up on time, follows directions, and takes pride in completing quality work.

You’ll work directly with the owner of a growing local company, learn hands-on property maintenance skills, and see the results of your work at every job. This role offers competitive starting pay, variety throughout the workday, and the opportunity to build experience across fall cleanup and winter snow services.
