Job summary

LMICO is seeking a Seasonal Fall Cleanup Laborer in the Denver area to join our outdoor maintenance crew. This is a physically demanding role involving varied weather conditions and hands-on landscape work.

You will prune shrubs, clean beds, haul waste, and operate basic landscape tools while following safety protocols. Pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor labor preferred but not required.
• Highly motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather (lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, walk).
• Basic knowledge of landscape tools and safe usage.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to/from the South Denver branch or assigned job sites.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required by company policy).

Responsibilities

• Assist with hauling, loading, and disposing of waste
• Use hand tools, leaf blowers, and other standard landscape equipment

Position Summary

Work Schedule

• Seasonal work, typically from March-October
