Job summary

A+ Land Management LLC is seeking a dependable seasonal landscape laborer in Lyndhurst, OH to assist with fall leaf cleanups and potential winter work. You will work with the owner, operating leaf blowers, gathering leaves, pulling tarps, and loading debris as part of a small local team.

Previous landscaping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic. Pay is $25.00 per hour with a focus on reliability and quality work.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to the meeting location.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work at a steady pace.
• Ability to perform essential physical duties including walking, bending, lifting, and pulling tarps.
• Willingness to work outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions.
• Landscaping, leaf cleanup, or snow removal experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate handheld and backpack leaf blowers.
• Rake and gather leaves from lawns, landscape beds, and other designated areas.
• Pull loaded tarps and assist with loading leaves and debris.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and equipment.
• Assist with general property cleanups and leave work areas clean.
• Follow safety procedures and handle equipment responsibly.
• Treat customers, their properties, and fellow crew members with respect.
• If continuing through winter, assist with snow shoveling, walkway clearing, and salt application.
