Job summary

LMICO (Landscaping & Maintenance, Inc.) is seeking a Seasonal Fall Cleanup Laborer to assist with fall yard and property maintenance. This physically demanding role requires outdoor work and adherence to safety protocols, with a team-driven environment and opportunities for advancement.

You will prune, clean beds, haul debris, and operate standard landscape tools while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction through the autumn season.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping or related outdoor labor is preferred but not required.
• Seasoned with the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
• Able to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs) in varying weather.
• Basic knowledge of landscape tools and safe usage.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prune shrubs, trim perennials, remove dead plant material.
• Clean up beds, edges, and general landscape cleanup.
• Assist with hauling, loading, and disposing of waste.
• Use hand tools, leaf blowers, and other landscape equipment.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Report issues to crew lead and uphold quality and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary

The Seasonal Fall Cleanup Laborer will assist with a variety of tasks associated with fall yard and property maintenance. This is a physically demanding role involving outdoor work in variable weather conditions. You’ll be part of a crew that ensures properties are clean, safe, and well maintained going into the winter months.

Key Responsibilities

• Prune shrubs, trim perennials, remove dead plant material

• Clean up beds, edges, and general landscape cleanup

• Assist with hauling, loading, and disposing of waste

• Use hand tools, leaf blowers, and other standard landscape equipment

• Follow safety protocols, use proper PPE, and maintain a clean workspace

• Report issues (e.g. drainage problems, damage, hazards) to crew lead

• Uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications / Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor labor preferred but not required

• Highly motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather (lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, walk)

• Basic knowledge of landscape tools and safe usage

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Reliable transportation to/from the South Denver branch or assigned job sites

• Must be 18+ years old

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required by company policy)

Work Schedule

• Seasonal work, typically from March-October

• Monday through Friday (some Saturdays may be required, depending on workload)

Pay & Benefits

• $22-24per hour, based on experience and performance
