Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Nebraska. The role is roughly 20 hours per week during the busy season (October–April), with scheduling flexibility from 8:00 to 16:30, Monday through Friday.

You will interact with customers, handle calls, and support day-to-day office tasks in a cooperative banking environment. Ideal candidates are organized, communicate clearly, and enjoy a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous office experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Phones: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.
• Walk-in Traffic: Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Basic Transactions: Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Order and Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials.
• Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments.
• Mail/Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates.
