The Michaels Companies in St. George, UT is seeking a PT Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, stock shelves, and operate checkout. This role supports in-store and omni-channel processes and requires a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, unloading trucks, stocking, following planograms, and participating in BOPIS/SFS. Must be at least 16 years old and available for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers to find products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash transactions.
• Assist with stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining planograms.
• Support store recovery, replenishment, and in-store promotions.
• Participate in omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
