Job summary

SP+ in Orlando is seeking a Traffic Control Attendant to manage vehicle flow and assist customers at the Hard Rock Hotel Universal location. This is a seasonal, on-site role requiring punctuality, neat appearance, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities include directing traffic at entrances/exits, keeping the lot clean, and reporting incidents to the supervisor. The position offers steady hours and shifts that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than high school or about one month related experience.
• License: valid state driver license if driving company vehicle.
• Availability: may require 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location needs.
• Language: ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with customers.
• Math: basic arithmetic including money handling.
• Appearance: neat, in uniform.
• Physical: can stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the appropriate number of cars on location and keep the lot clean and presentable.
• Be punctual, on time, and in uniform.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Know local streets, landmarks, and freeways around the lot.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
