Job summary

The City of Mankato is seeking a Parking Maintenance and Custodial Worker to keep skyways, ramps, and public spaces clean, safe and well-maintained year-round. Work is part-time, with days, evenings and weekends required to match downtown events.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular cleaning of skyways, parking ramps, and public spaces.
• Performs light maintenance on parking-related equipment.
• Provides courteous customer service to downtown visitors.
• Monitors safety and cleanliness of parking facilities and downtown district.
• Assists in general maintenance and communicates with city staff as needed.
• Acts as an ambassador for downtown visitors with friendly directions.
