Job summary

Yellowstone Forever seeks a Park Store Manager to oversee operations at Park Stores around the Greater Yellowstone area. You will lead staff, manage inventories, budgets, and merchandising plans while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

You will train Associates, analyze KPIs, and coordinate with partners to optimize store layouts and product storytelling. This is a seasonal/full-time role with travel within the Yellowstone region and a commitment to high standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail store experience with KPI focus.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in high-volume retail environments.
• Team player with strong oral and written communication.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to learn and apply new systems quickly.
• Excellent customer service track record and problem solving.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and merchandising integrity.
• Train and mentor Park Store staff; maintain KPI tracking.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with facilities and merchandising teams on displays.
• Operate POS systems and ensure smooth checkout flows.
