Yellowstone Forever is seeking a Park Store Associate to work in the Greater Yellowstone National Park Area. The role involves greeting visitors, assisting with purchases, promoting the supporter program, and explaining Yellowstone Forever Institute offerings.

The position requires strong customer service, comfort with technology, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends during the summer season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and internet applications.
• Ability to use cash register and complete daily closing reports.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet visitors and assist customers with purchases.
• Promote Yellowstone Forever supporter program to visitors.
• Promote classes and courses offered by Yellowstone Forever Institute.
• Ring up sales using a Point of Sale (POS) computer system.
• Provide superior customer service and problem solving.
• Maintain daily cash reports and accurate transactions.
• Respond to visitor questions or refer to appropriate source.
