Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Seasonal Retail Lead at the Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. You will supervise and train retail associates, ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented well while delivering guest service in a fast-paced environment.

This role runs for the 2027 Spring/Summer season with weekly pay and access to employee discounts, flexible schedules, and park-related benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains retail associates; completes store/warehouse operational needs by assigning employees and following up on work results
• Verify that merchandise is properly stocked and attractively shown
• Ensure selling space is in clean and proper condition
• Uphold orderly back stock and liaisonwith vendors to maintain proper inventory
• Assists guests and team members, escalating concerns or questions to supervisor or manager as needed
