Job summary

CommonWealth Kitchen (CWK) is hiring for seasonal Contract Manufacturing crew members to support a fast-moving small-batch food production facility in Boston. You’ll assist with ingredient prep, packaging, labeling, and inventory control under supervision, with potential progression to full-time roles as opportunities arise.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to lift 50 lbs and stand up to 8

Qualifications

• Follow instructions and work well with others.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and stand up to 8 hours daily.
• Experience in food manufacturing or ServSafe or equivalent is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely pack finished product per CWK GMPs and codes.
• Assist QA/QC to ensure food safety.
• Follow scheduled process and review labels.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory counts.
• Transport product from production to storage.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
