Whole Foods Market in Beverly, MA is seeking an entry-level team member to support prepared foods operations. You will assist with production, ensure proper labeling and rotation, and maintain quality standards while helping customers understand product differences from conventional stores.

Formación

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensures product production follows recipes and measuring devices.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM products and other stores.
• Keeps walk-in coolers and freezers clean and organized.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
