Job summary

Kettle Cuisine, LLC. is hiring for a full-time Packaging OP1 position on 2nd shift in Lynn, MA. The role focuses on maintaining flow in the packaging line, adhering to GMP and HACCP standards, and supporting the Packaging Lead to meet daily production goals.

The position offers an hourly rate of $16.50–$17.00 with a 5% target bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to GMPs, HACCP and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Read and follow SOPs, work Instructions and labels.
• Ability to read thermometers and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Support Packaging Lead/Supervisor to meet daily production requirements.
• Maintain continuous flow in the packaging department for Finished Goods.
• Adhere to Food Safety, Sanitation, GMP, HACCP and USDA/FDA standards.
• Perform packaging duties: packing, boxing, labeling, taping, palletizing.
• Operate and clean packaging equipment and perform safety checks.
