Kettle Cuisine, LLC. in Lynn, MA is hiring for Packaging OP2. This role supports the Packaging Lead/Supervisor to maintain continuous flow of product through the packaging department for Finished Goods, following USDA/FSIS HACCP, GMP, and safety procedures.

The position requires reading SOPs, labels, OPLs, basic math, and strong communication in English; Spanish is preferred. Base pay is 17.75 USD per hour with shift differential, plus eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package and a 5%

Competenze

• Ability to read, comprehend and adhere to all safety procedures.
• Able to read and comprehend OPLs, SOPs, work instructions and labels.
• Hand forming finished good cases, retail bases, lids.
• Manual pallet jack operation and safety.
• Adherence to GMP, HACCP and USDA requirements.

Mansioni

• Maintain continuous flow of product through the packaging department for Finished Goods.
• Assist Packaging Lead/Supervisor to complete daily production requirements.
• Read and follow Customer Product Specifications and safety standards.
• Perform packaging quality checks and HACCP paperwork.
• Operate packaging equipment and perform changeovers as needed.
