Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience operating a forklift.
• Basic math functions (add/subtract/divide).
• Able to read orders for picking and staging.
• Able to complete pre-shift inspection forms.
• Must pass Scotts forklift exams and maintain a valid operator's license.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; verify quantity and type.
• Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Operate forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment safely.
• Maintain equipment and keep area neat and orderly.
• Assist in physical inventories and stock rotation.
• Maintain security and safety per OSHA/MSDS standards.
