Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• BLS certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and update a plan of care with patient input.
• Provide treatment to patients across age groups and cultures.
• Follow Florida Board of Examiners and NCH guidelines in care.
• Delegate patient care to team within scope of practice.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical records and scheduling.
