Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our North Naples location. The role requires evaluating patients, developing plans of care, and delivering evidence-based treatments across diverse populations.

The PT will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care accurately, and ensure patient scheduling and billing processes are followed. This position is based in Naples, Florida, with standard 8-hour days and a full-time temporary pool assignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA is required.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word/Excel/Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement a plan of care with measurable goals.
• Provide treatment aligning with standards of care and patient needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and delegate as appropriate.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient care.
• Ensure scheduling, billing, and patient communications are managed properly.
