Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting preferred.
• Active PT license in the state of employment required (FL).
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy treatments with proper documentation.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Maintains clear documentation of evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and post-treatment care.
• Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains clean, organized spaces.
• Collaborates with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
