Lighting Pros is hiring multiple Outdoor Lighting Installers IMMEDIATELY in Jefferson, Athens and Oconee County, GA. No lighting experience required; if you have hands-on work experience and can work outdoors, we want to talk with you.

You will install holiday displays, lift up to 60 lbs, work 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday with optional Saturdays; overtime after 40 hours; year-end bonus opportunities; paid hands-on training; potential for advancement to Crew Lead.

Jefferson / Athens / Oconee County, GA

Lighting Pros is growing our seasonal installation crew and hiring multiple Outdoor Lighting Installers IMMEDIATELY. If you want to work hard, make good money and stay busy through the winter, this could be a great fit.

You'll work with a crew installing professional Christmas lights, trees, wreaths and outdoor holiday displays throughout the Jefferson, Athens and Oconee County area.

No lighting experience required. If you've worked outdoors, in landscaping, construction, roofing, pressure washing, installation, moving, warehouse or another hands-on job, we want to talk with you.

What You Can Expect

• $20/hour starting pay
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Approximately 10-hour days during peak season
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Optional Saturday work for additional hours
• Year-end bonus opportunities
• Paid, hands-on training
• Seasonal work through approximately the end of January
• Opportunity for year-round employment and advancement for top performers

Lighting Pros has promoted strong seasonal employees into Crew Lead positions paying $25/hour. Advancement isn't guaranteed - you earn it by showing up, working hard, being trustworthy and proving you can lead.

What We’re Looking For

You don't need lighting experience. You do need to be dependable and ready to work.

• Previous outdoor or physically active work experience
• Comfortable regularly working from ladders
• Able to lift approximately 60 lbs.
• Comfortable working outside and being on your feet throughout the day
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to commit through the seasonal period

Typical hours are approximately 7:00 AM-5:00/6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Saturdays are optional and available for people who want additional hours.
