Job summary

Under Canvas is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee operations at the White Mountains camp. You will supervise Camp Concierges and Night Auditors, greet guests, assist with transportation, and lead daily guest-services activities in a seasonal, outdoor setting.

You will manage guest billing, payroll efficiency, and coordination with housekeeping, aiming to deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable outdoor experiences for diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Experience with POS and reservation systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk operations and supervise Camp Concierges and Night Auditors.
• Greet and check in guests, assist with transportation, and provide tours of the camp and amenities.
• Reconcile accounting ledgers, handle guest billing, and process transactions.
• Lead the front desk team and support sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
