Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending or beverage service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced environments.
• ServSafe and Alcohol Compliance Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and other drinks with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Engage guests with warmth and professionalism while providing knowledgeable recommendations and personalized service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar and service area throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Provide efficient service during high guest volume periods.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and maintaining bar areas.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, culinary team, and leadership for a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Represent World Equestrian Center in a professional manner.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
