Job summary

The World Equestrian Center - Ocala is seeking a charismatic Bartender for White Willow, our refined Asian dining concept inside the Equestrian Manor. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hospitality pro with mixology flair and presentation skills.

You will craft exquisite cocktails, guide beverage offerings, and contribute to the ambiance reflecting Quality, Class, and Distinction. 2+ years’ upscale bartending, ServSafe, and guest relations required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bartending within upscale or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, sake, and cocktail preparation.
• ServSafe and Alcohol Compliance Certifications required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, sake, and beverages with precision and artistry.
• Engage guests with warmth, recommendations and personalized service.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar reflecting White Willow's elegance.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on seasonal cocktails and pairings.
• Support private dining and events with bespoke beverage service.
• Handle guest concerns with discretion and hospitality.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
• Assist in training new bar staff and uphold high standards.
