Job summary

The World Equestrian Center Ocala is seeking a charismatic Bartender for the White Willow opening team. This on-site role requires mixology passion, precise cocktail craft, and a polished guest experience in a refined Asian dining concept located within the Equestrian Manor.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in upscale bartending, extensive knowledge of spirits and cocktails, ServSafe/alcohol compliance, and availability for evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ bartending in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, sake, and cocktails.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• ServSafe and Alcohol Compliance certifications required.
• Experience with private events and custom beverage service preferred.
• Evenings, weekends, holidays and events availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, sake with precision and artistry.
• Engage guests with warmth and personalized service.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing bar area.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate on seasonal cocktails and pairings.
• Support private dining and events with bespoke service.

• Maintain cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Assist in training new bar staff.
