The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly in a busy environment, and reliability to meet deadlines. Hours are 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, November 30–December 22, 2026, with potential Napa-office variation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Order Processing Coordinator in ensuring holiday orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
• Help prepare orders by verifying the correct wines, gift cards, and accompanying materials.
• Collate statements, shipping labels, gift cards, cards, inserts, and other order materials.
• Print and prepare gift cards for customer orders.
• Perform second-level checks of completed shipments to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Carefully compare order details against the contents of each shipment.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
• Assist with miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Order Processing Coordinator or Order Processing Manager.
• Follow established procedures and quality-control guidelines to minimize errors.
