Job summary

Blue Nile, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Seasonal Order Fulfillment & Processing Specialist to oversee end-to-end order processing, repairs, and custom orders. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and cross‑department coordination, with strong overtime availability from November to December.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in order processing, customer service or complex order management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with urgency and prioritize.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow directions.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full order fulfillment cycle from receipt to completion.
• Review, validate and process complex orders in internal systems.
• Monitor order flow and resolve potential bottlenecks or delays.
• Coordinate processing of repairs and custom orders.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Train and mentor Order Fulfillment Associates as needed.
• Contribute to SOP development and process improvements.
