Job summary

Blue Nile is seeking a Manufacturing Inventory Specialist to support the inventory and fulfillment teams in controlling day-to-day movements, picking and consuming components for customer orders, and receiving parts.

This seasonal, full-time position offers overtime availability with a base pay range of $17.50 to $22.50 per hour. Final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications, and sponsorship for employment authorization is not provided at this time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory experience in an applicable setting.
• Proactive thinking and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork.
• Proficient computer skills and ERP familiarity.
• Attention to detail with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Pick and consume components to fulfill customer orders.
• Receive inventory, verify deliveries, costs and quantities.
• Collaborate with vendors for accurate stock allocation and shipments.
• Maintain stock and ensure accurate ERP records.
• Support cycle counts and larger inventory counts.
• Process advanced shipping notices for timely receipts.
