Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Execute pricing and signing changes across store merchandise.
• Restock shelves and prepare items for the floor as needed.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and backrooms.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom standards.
• Support online orders pickup at jcp.com when required.
• Assist in executing merchandising plans and floor layouts.
• Engage in ongoing learning about products and processes.
