Responsibilities

• Customer Service: you're maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, helping customers and answering questions.
• Executes pricing and signing: adjust ticket prices and signage across the store.
• Replenish and restock the store: pull and prepare merchandise to ensure styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise: assist in unloading trucks and stocking backroom.
• Backroom standards: keep stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• On-line jcp.com pick up: locate and fulfill orders placed online.
• Merchandise strategy: execute leadership plans for merchandise placement and customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment: absorb new information from peers or training materials.
