Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Alaska season in Ketchikan, within the Guest Services department. You will lead transportation services, coordinate daily logistics, and uphold safety and service standards to ensure guest experiences run smoothly.

This seasonal full-time role requires a valid CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and multitask while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with customers, employees, and management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises a transportation services team and the transportation services activities.
• Responsible for scheduling transportation services activities and operations.
• Routinely applies knowledge of our operations, Company product and customer services to assist the team with routine questions.
• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current, valid driver's license, with three (3) years clean driving record. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be requested.
• Must meet Company's clean driver eligibility requirements.
• Current, valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class B with an air brake endorsement is required. (May be obtained through Company training course.)
• Must be certified as physically qualified through a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
• You will also be entered into our random drug testing program.
• Minimum age of 21 is required for your CDL.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors.
