Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. You will drive operational excellence, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities include inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, visual standards, and collaboration with store leadership to maximize store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, move, and operate throughout shift.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and teamwork.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and store operations.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgeting, expenses, and vendor relations to maximize store performance.
• Maintain a safe work environment with stockroom standards and efficient operations.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs and guests.
• Assist in executing operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and replenishment.
• Leverage store metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction.
