ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Roseville, CA, to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and brand-aligned service.

The role focuses on inventory, shipments, replenishment, visual standards, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and teamwork. Associates are mobile on the floor, maintaining safety and efficiency while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales/operations
• Requires constant movement in store
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to lift/bend/kneel/climb safely
• Stand for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service
• Self-motivated and team oriented

Responsibilities

• Inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues with store management
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment and floor updates
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendors
• Promote safe stockroom standards and efficient operation
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Execute ops directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow
• Utilize metrics to drive business strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs
