Job summary

Neiman Marcus seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our team during the peak season. You will report to an Operations Manager and help unload, sort, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, while ensuring safety on the receiving dock.

The role requires at least 1 year in operations or warehouse, comfort with retail and mobile technologies, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Nights, weekends and holidays may be needed; an amazing employee discount is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare the merchandise for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
