Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our operations team during peak season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help deliver the Neiman Marcus experience by ensuring accurate merchandise processing and safe, efficient workflows.

You will unload, sort, and prepare merchandise for sale, manage inventory, and adjust prices as needed while adhering to safety standards. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipping to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
