Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to join the operations team during the peak season. You will report to an Operations Manager and help deliver the Neiman Marcus experience by handling merchandise on the dock and on the floor, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting price updates with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in warehouse or operations roles, familiarity with retail technology, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on receiving dock and in all work areas.
