Crate and Barrel is seeking Seasonal Operations Associates in Tampa, FL. You will help keep shelves stocked, support displays, and fulfill orders to create a smooth, friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; team assist for heavier items.
• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and surrounding Christmas.
• Part-Time roles require availability for two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night.

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks and keep the stockroom organized.
• Ensure products and displays on the sales floor are stocked and available for purchase.
• Process incoming/outgoing packages, curbside orders, ship from store, and BOPIS.
• Support sales and service goals and standards as directed by leadership.
• Engage customers to drive sales with product knowledge and expertise.
• Lead by example and assist store leadership with profitability and operations.
• Promote current promotions and store services to customers.
• Maintain loss prevention, security, and safety guidelines.
• Foster teamwork and collaborate safely and respectfully with all associates.

A day in the life as a Seasonal Operations Associate...

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom.
• Assist the leadership team with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store, in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the leadership team.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and product expertise, as needed.
• Lead by example and support store leadership in holding self and others accountable for store profitability and operational excellence.
• Have awareness of current promotions, brand initiatives/events, store services, collaborations, and promote them to customers.
• Maintain an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines provided by leadership and/or as outlined in the Associate Policy Manual.
• Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.
