Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a seasonal Store Operations Support in Los Angeles to assist with shipping, receiving, stockroom, and administrative tasks. This role lasts up to three months and aims to deliver an exemplary customer experience.

You will process merchandise, support inventory, handle cash office procedures, and coordinate with teams to improve efficiency. Strong MS Office skills and 2+ years in retail support are required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and support inventory preparation and execution.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate supplies; coordinate invoices, product repairs, engraving, and embossing services.
• Execute cash office processes and support shrink reduction and compliance procedures.
• Review store processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts and lift approximately 20 pounds; able to pack, unpack, and move stock.
